Campers’ Checklist

Bab Al Nojoum offers the option of bringing your own gear (e.g. sleeping bags, mats, and pillow). However, if you don’t want to go through the hassle of organising all your sleeping supplies, you can purchase a sleeping bag upon booking, and we’ll supply you with all the necessities. The retail shop at the main reception area also stocks all the camping equipment and disposables you may need. Here’s a list of some items you should probably bring:

Technology:

• Camera or GoPro (please be respectful of local customs when using it)
• Portable charger

Outdoor Gear:

• Sunscreen
• Mosquito repellent
• Reusable water bottle

Daily essentials:

• Shower shoes or flip flops

Bab Al Nojoum is a one-of-a-kind camping experience. Here are the facts you should be familiar with to make your experience as comfortable as possible.

Timing:

• Check-in at 15:00, check-out at 12:00

Smoking policy:

• No smoking inside the tents
• The camp does not sell alcohol

• Pets are not allowed

• All guests (including children) are required to present their original and valid passport or Emirates ID card upon check-in
